Ingredienti
  • 1 medium-size octopus
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • a glass of white wine
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • olives
  • some cherry tomatoes
Preparazione
  1. Take the octopus, rinse under cold water, clean it (in the head, on the back where the little hole and the two eyes)
  2. Take a large pot, fill it with cold water, add the carrot celery potato, a drop of wine and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Bring to a boil and cook for an hour and a half.
  4. Allow to cool octopus in its cooking water. Drain, peel it and make it into cubes.
  5. Put it in a bowl along with the tomatoes and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Meanwhile, cut a potato into small cubes and roast it with a little 'oil.

Preparazione

  • 5 slices of turkey breast
  • 200 g of artichokes in oil
  • salt to taste
  • grass, sage and rosemary to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • white wine to taste
Preparazione

The recipe calls for the artichokes, homemade much better if you have them! Otherwise you can cook the artichokes with vinaigrette and blend with the cooking water.

I did this receipe because I had rice and vegetables advanced, if you don’t have rice, just make it boil a handful. The vegetables are good for any type.

  • 1 egg
  • parsley to taste

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
Preparazione
  1. Blanch the vegetables and the rice in salted water
  2. Put all the vegetables in a blender, combine the egg, cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and whisk well.
  3. Put the mixture in the appropriate cups.

Preparazione

My grandmother, in Abruzzo, often made ​​this and It was often cooked by my aunts  now. My grandmother had lots of peaks that grew in the garden. I remember my aunt told me that she always put it in the middle of the sandwich and eat at lunch in the factory, when she still lived in Torino di Sangro, the birthplace of my mother.

Pasta brisa is easy to make at home, but for those are in a hurry  It’is useful that is located on the bank of the supermarket! here’s how I did it:

  • 1 roll of pasta brisa
  • 200 g of boiled cauliflower
  • 2 mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • parsley
  • 30 g of grated cheese
Preparazione
  1. Boil for about 30 minutes in salted water cauliflower previously washed and cut into pieces.
