Ciao ragazzi! Oggi propongo una ricetta veloce e salvatempo, diciamo comoda ma non scontata.

Premesso che qualora non troviate i ravioli ripieni allo speck potreste optare con dei ravioletti al prosciutto crudo, andra’ bene comunque.

Ho trovato questi golosissimi ciuffetti di raviolo al banco fresco del supermercato e subito mi sono venuti in mente gli asparagi e la panna.

Ingredienti
  • 300 g di ravioli allo speck
  • mezzo mazzetto di asparagi
  • 200 ml di panna
  • 1 cipollotto
  • prezzemolo q.b.
  • pepe q.b.
  • 1 noce di burro
Preparazione
  1. Tagliare e tocchetti gli asparagi e lavarli.
  2. Tagliare a dadini sottili il cipollotto e rosolarlo in una noce di burro.
  3. Aggiungere gli asparagi e farli cuocere per una ventina di minuti.
  4. Aggiungere la panna e far rapprendere per un paio di minuti.
  5. Cuocere i ravioli in abbondante acqua salata.
  6. Scolarli e farli insaporire nel sugo di panna e asparagi.
  7. Spolverare di pepe e servire

Siccome mi sono proprio piaciuti, li vedrete in un’altra versione.

Having said that if you don’t  find  ravioli stuffed with bacon, you could opt for ravioletti with ham.

Ingredienti
  • 300 g of ravioli with speck
  • half a bunch of asparagus
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 spring onion
  • parsley q.s.
  • pepper q.s.
  • 1 knob of butter
Preparazione
  1. Cut into pieces and wash the asparagus.
  2. Dice thin the onion and fry in a little butter.
  3. Add the asparagus and cook for about twenty minutes.
  4. Add the cream and make them coagulate for a couple of minutes.
  5. Cook ravioli in boiling salted water.
  6. Drain and season them in cream sauce and asparagus.
  7. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.

Hola! how did you spent the weekend! Our weekend was very well, especially in a beautiful place and the weather was beautiful! With this sun and the hot taste of the sea guys!!

Here I am again with muffin omelette! I know that if I do a weekly column, I would have to put thousands. Here’s another idea, I also liked the fact that they blend the asparagus and the color they had! soooo tasty!

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 40 g of grated cheese
  • half a bunch of asparagus
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • a little milk
  • extra virgin olive oil
Preparazione
  1. Clean and cut the asparagus into pieces by removing the final hard.
  2. Sauté the shallot and garlic clove, cut into small pieces.

Ingredienti
  • 1 thick slice of turkey
  • 2-3 slices of speck (smoked ham)
  • some asparagus into pieces
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • white wine
  • a few sage leaves
  • enough flour
Preparazione
  1. Cut the asparagus into pieces
  2. Sauté for 10 minutes with a little olive oil and garlic pieces of asparagus
  3. Take a slice of turkey, Arrange the speck, finely diced asparagus, roll up and close with toothpicks.
