Pumpkin gratin in oven, an alternative method of eating pumpkin

  • a small pumpkin
  • breadcrumbs enough
  • Grated cheese to taste
  • a sprig of rosemary
  • nutmeg
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
Preparazione
  1. Cut the pumpkin into thin slices, remove even the skin
  2. Arrange on baking sheet
  3. Season with salt, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
  4. Grate a little nutmeg and sprinkle the slices with a little oil.
  5. Place a sprig of rosemary in the midst of the slices and cook in the oven about 20-30 minutes at 200 ° C, turning once or twice, until you form a nice crust.

  • 320 g Carnaroli rice
  • 150 g of sausage (sausage)
  • 50 g of cooked ham
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 potato
  • vegetable broth
  • 50 g of grated cheese

  • white wine to taste
Preparazione
  1. Finely chop the shallots and the pumpkin into chunks
  2. Brown with a little oil shallots, add the pumpkin and potato chunks and cook for about twenty minutes.
  3. Now whisk well.
  4. Apart fry the sausage cut into small pieces until it is properly flushed.
  5. Add the sausage to the pumpkin puree
  6. Just begins to brown add the rice and toast it, deglaze with white wine and continue to cook from time to time by adding the broth until cooked al dente (18 minutes).
  7. Stir to fire off with Parmesan cheese and butter.

Pumpkin bread, soft bread with flavor of the season

  • 300 g of cooked pumpkin
  • 500g plain flour 1

  • 60 ml of warm milk

  • 20 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparazione
  1. Bake the pumpkin steamed or baked and blend.
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Combine 40 g of flour and 200 ml of water in a saucepan and put on fire, bring to 65 ° C. (you can notice it when the mixture begins to heat well.)

  • 1 egg

Preparazione
