Salmon in sesame crust, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside
Ricetta: Secondo piatto
- 4 salmon steaks
- Sesame to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- Wash the salmon, cut it off if there are bones and the skin underneath.
- Grease a baking pan with oil, add the garlic.
- Salt a little the surface of the salmon
- Breaded salmon in sesame
- Put in baking dish and cook in oven at 180° C for about 25 minutes.
