Meatballs streamers polenta, a way to recycle the surplus

  • Advanced polenta (I buckwheat for taragna)
  • Cooked cheese to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • breadcrumbs enough
  • pepper
  1. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
